How Our Groups Work
- Every Round has a focus topic. (Check out the next round’s topic) Occasionally, we may run a specific focus topic for multiple rounds as participant needs and the market demands.
- Each round has 2-Cohorts. You can choose from either a Virtual Cohort or a Live Cohort (held in the Denver Metro Area.)
- Groups are kept small with a maximum of 8 people per cohort.
- There is an application process. My goal is to ensure a good peer fit for everyone.
- Each cohort runs for (4) months, meeting once a month for (3) hours.
- Each group is led by a facilitator, who will hold the safe space for you, and the other members of your cohort, to get the help you need.
- Every meeting – everyone – gets the opportunity to be in the hot seat. Your facilitator works with you 1:1 prior to each meeting to ensure that your burning question is clear so that others can help you more effectively.
- There is usually a short training or helpful information provided that is timely to the discussions that are rising up. There are opportunities for cohort members to provide these short trainings when the expertise and need align.
- You can expect some amount of homework in between meetings, but it will be tied to your goals and objectives, so it won’t add significantly to your plate.
- There will be accountability to help you keep on track.

Hiya! I’m Pam Blackman, founder and lead facilitator of Momentum’s Edge and founder of Pam Blackman Consulting, a boutique consultancy specializing in AI and Operations Strategy and Management.
With 30+ years of being the behind-the-scenes person who keeps things moving forward, I’ve seen what happens when leaders don’t have the right foundations in place.
My passion lives at the intersection of strategy and sanity, and helping businesses run better so leaders can stay in their lane and actually enjoy the ride.
Momentum’s Edge has been born out of my desire to create a container to make that happen for professional services agency owners.
