Terms of Use & Earnings Disclaimers

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pam Blackman International, LLC, also doing business as Pam Blackman Consulting and Pam Blackman (the “Company”), which provides consulting services, digital content, and other services (collectively, the “Services”) through our website (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“User”), agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

The Site is not available to users under the age of 13, in compliance with the Child Online Privacy Act of 1998 (COPA) If you are under 13, you must leave the Site immediately.

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice, by updating the version and date hereof. Continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

The Company may modify the Site’s design, layout, content, features, and pricing without notice. Continued use of the Site after changes implies acceptance of the new configuration.

The benefits of, or rights conferred by the Terms are non-transferable.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site, from time to time, are hereby incorporated herein by reference.  

Copyright & Use

All features and materials available through the Site and Services are either owned by the Company or are the property of third-party service providers or the Company’s licensors and suppliers. Except as explicitly provided, neither the User’s use of the Site and Services nor this Agreement grants the User any right, title, or interest in or to such materials. Unauthorized use, modification, or distribution of any materials from the Site is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access and further legal action.

User-Generated Content

When you submit testimonials, reviews, comments, and other forms of feedback to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display these contributions. We use such content for operational improvements and promotional activities, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We respect your rights and ensure that your contributions are used responsibly. You retain the ability to withdraw your consent at any time, leading to the cessation of further use of your content. You may also request the modification or deletion of your contributions in accordance with our privacy practices. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we manage user data and uphold your rights.

Trademarks

The trademarks, service marks, logos, and all other intellectual property displayed on the Site are owned by the Company unless specified otherwise. These marks may not be used without the prior express written permission of the Company.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

The Company respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same respect in return. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you must provide the Company with detailed information, including your contact information, a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, and the specific location of the infringing material on the Site. Affiliate/Alliance Policy

The Site may include links to third-party products and services that might be of interest to our Users. We may earn an affiliate fee for any purchases made through these links. The Company only promotes products and services that have been vetted and deemed of potential value to our Users. Earnings Disclaimer

While we endeavor to accurately represent all products and services on our Site and their potential for income, it should be noted that earnings and income statements made by the Company are estimates only of what we think you might earn. There is no guarantee that you will make these levels of income, and you accept the risk that the earnings and income statements differ by individual.

As-Is Services, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification

The materials on the Site are provided “as is” and include no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law.
